In your request, please include:

  • Your full name
  • Email address or phone number associated with your account
  • State of residence
  • Specific right(s) you wish to exercise
  • Any additional details to help us locate your information

Verification Process

To protect your privacy and security, we will verify your identity before processing your request. We may ask you to provide additional information to confirm your identity and state residency.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide proof of authorization (e.g., a signed permission form or power of attorney).

Response Timeline

We will respond to your request within 45 days of receipt. If we need additional time, we will notify you and may extend the response period by an additional 45 days as permitted by law.

Appeals

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor Global Privacy Control signals for California residents. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information.
